**The Role**:
Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: Marketing Director, Cube International
Location: Cube HQ in Worcester (work from home, optional)
You must be a team player, proactive, have a great eye for detail with impeccable, accurate writing skills in English. Great organisation is essential as you will be working on a number of projects and campaigns at once. Some occasional work, outside normal office hours, may also be required.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimise our sales-focused social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking
- Develop strategies to enhance the online presence and authority, including guest posting, of a number of our websites through effective search engine optimisation (SEO) techniques, backlinking, and content optimisation
- Plan, write and upload SEO-focused content for websites (blogs, landing pages etc) in order to drive organic traffic
- Leverage expertise in search engine advertising (e.g., Google Ads) and social media advertising (e.g., LinkedIn Ads) to develop and implement effective ad campaigns that drive results, working with the sales teams/external partners, as appropriate
- Undertake audience and keyword research, and other related research activities, to create effective campaigns
- Utilise industry best practices and familiarity with Cube’s mission to inspire ideas and content
- Collaborate with the marketing department and sales teams of each division to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance across the digital platforms and stay up to date with the latest digital trends
**Requirements**:
- Impeccable, accurate writing skills
- Proven record of written work, content creation, social media and successful google/social media campaigns
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to tight deadlines with effective time management and prioritising of workload
- Positive attitude, flexible approach, enthusiasm and an ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to work on own initiative, get on with others and be a team-player - an advocate of the Cube’s culture

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
