**Apprentice Learner Enrolment Officer**

**Position**: Business Development

**Salary**:£16,000 - £18,000 pa

**Purpose of Role**:
To support the smooth and efficient onboarding of learners and employers onto our training programmes using our online learning platform. Working closely with the enrolment team, you will help ensure learners are eligible for their chosen course and assist with completing the necessary paperwork and system entries. This apprenticeship is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge and behaviours to progress in an administrative or customer service career within the training and education sector.

**Key Duties (with Full training Provided)**:

- Assist with learner enrolment activities, including helping complete funding paperwork.
- Keep records updated and help track the progress of learner onboarding.
- Support induction days by preparing materials and welcoming learners.
- Carry out basic validation checks on documents.
- Contact learners and/or employers to gather missing information or confirm details.
- Help collect data on learner and employer needs.
- Escalate any queries or concerns to your line manager.
- Maintain accurate and timely processing of paperwork and digital records.
- Take part in professional development activities to build your skills.
- Support other administrative tasks as directed by the team.

**Essential Criteria (no previous experience required - training will be given)**:

- Enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to organise your work and manage your time
- Positive attitude, with a commitment to teamwork and delivering excellent service
- A willingness to work in line with TTP’s values and safeguarding responsibilities

**This role includes completing a nationally recognised apprenticeship standard, such as**:

- Customer Service Practitioner Level 2/3 (depending on prior qualifications and experience)
- Training will be delivered through a combination of workplace learning, online training sessions, and one-to-one coaching.

**Progression Opportunities**:Successful apprentices may be offered a permanent role at TTP in learner onboarding, administration, or customer service roles, with opportunities for further professional development.
