Join an international creative and luxury scenting company. The role involves working as part of the marketing team to maintain current dynamic and inspiring social media flow.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
- create and schedule engaging high quality content for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and other social media platforms
- Implement social media campaigns and promotions to drive engagement and reach.
- Monitor and engage with users on social media platforms, including responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to integrate social media efforts and overall marketing campaigns
- Stay up to date with social media practices and trends
- Analyse and report on the performance of social media efforts using tools such as Facebook insights and Google analytics
- Strong verbal and written communications and the ability to follow instructions and interact with a wide range of people
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong understanding of how to use social media for business purposes and experience with data and analytics
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative, Photoshop, Canva is an advantage
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and Google Suite
- Collect and input data accurately and efficiently
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to marketing strategy.

The hours of work will be business hours - Monday to Friday.

Part Time Hours: 9.30 am -2.30 pm Full Time Hours: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
