Business & Finance Coordinator

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all administration to support a growing business
- Provide administration support across the finance function: Debtors, Creditors, Bank reconciliation, Payroll Information
- Provide administration support across the operations team: training, fire safety consultancy, health and safety consultancy.
- Responding to telephone and web-based customer enquiries
- Take phone calls and messages and signpost customers/suppliers to the appropriate department / team members.
- Ensure training rooms are equipped with the relevant courseware and stationery.
- Undertake other administrative duties as required
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience of working on Sage Line 50 is desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a high workload
**Working Days - 3 days a week**
- Wednesday - Friday
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £13,650.00 per year
Expected hours: 21.5 per week
