**The setting**

kinderzimmer Chelmsford Nursery is a unique and enchanting early childhood haven nestled in a quiet residential area just a short distance from Chelmsford train station and local bus routes. Our 84-place nursery, housed in a characterful detached building across two floors, exudes charm and warmth. The light-flooded rooms provide a welcoming atmosphere for our little learners to explore and thrive. With a separate enclosed sandpit for outdoor play and a dedicated kitchen area, we encourage a holistic approach to education, allowing children to not only discover the joy of learning but also to appreciate the world around them. **What you will be doing**
- Guide, inspire and lead a team of childcare professionals to provide outstanding care and education
- Plan and provide a diverse learning environment that offers consistent stimulation and exciting activities for children both inside and outside
- Deliver learning experiences that support children’s development and nurture them to achieve personal milestones
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues, parents and relevant professionals to attend to each child’s unique needs
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding at all times
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a safe and happy environment on a daily basis
