Maintaining a high quality safe and stimulating learning environment, stimulating children and staff alike, whilst delivering our overarching service Vision, Values, Ethos and the appropriate room Aspirations.Supervising staff and overseeing their continual professional development and role modelling best practice skills is crucial to building a high performing room team who deliver in line with the Statutory and Inspectorate framework.The room leader is a creative and reflective individual, who takes pride in implementing new ideas and uses a range of strategies to continually improve and elevate teaching practice.
