**Role Description**:
In this role you will be on the front lines building relationships with Nourished Ambassadors and ensure they produce impactful content. In this Community focused role, you will find true content creators to build community engagement.

You’ll have duties and responsibilities across the marketing mix focused on raising awareness for our brand, fostering a strong community, and driving growth for our ambassador program. You’ll have exposure across online and offline marketing with a particular focus on helping develop and execute strategies for influencer marketing, brand partnerships and affiliate/ambassador marketing.

**The Job**:

- You will set, plan, and implement micro-influencer and brand ambassador campaigns and strategies from end-to-end
- Working closely and supporting departments including our social & digital team to gather engaging text, image, and video content for all social media accounts from ambassadors/micro-influencers
- Respond and develop relationships with our ambassador community
- Monitor, track and report on community engagement, content performance and program growth
- Work collaboratively with our Sales, Design, and PR & Brand Communications teams
- Stay up to date with digital technology trends
- Experience with ambassador software is an advantage
- You need to be comfortable and adaptable to be able to work in a hybrid environment, whilst also attending meetings at both of our Birmingham offices when required to collaborate with our team.

**Experience**:

- Degree in digital marketing/marketing/sales from a reputable university
- 1 to 2 years of social media marketing experience (preferably in a virtual environment) with experience in building a successful ambassador program
- Experience in Influencer recruitment, ambassador management and deliverables tracking
- Familiarity with online analytical marketing and design tools
- Tech savvy and well-versed in numerous online digital software solutions
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solver
- Experienced, and motivated must have a 'can do' attitude
- A creative eye and passion for our brand and ability to develop new ideas
- Ability to present monthly reports and present to heads of department
- You must be able to work under pressure and at a fast pace to be able to turn around tasks with short deadlines
- Excellent Time Management skills - ability to manage tasks effectively
- Proactive, enthusiastic and goal orientated
- Coachable - must be able to take direction
- Collaborative - must work well within a virtual team

- 28 days Paid leave per annum increasing based on the length of service
