ABC are looking to recruit **Teaching Assistants** with** KS1 experience** to work within one of our lovely partneered schools.

In this role you will be working as a general teaching assistant across Year 1 and Year 2.

We are looking for a confident, proactive individual whom is happy to work a long side the class teacher, as well as working independently.

You will be required to take out small groups of pupils of different abilities to support them with their learning and push them to achieve the best they can

**What you will need to be successful;**
- Reliability and punctuality
- Good communication with all stakeholders
- Adaptability from one student to the next and an understanding of their needs
- A can do attitude and caring nature
- Passionate about working with children
- Good curriculum knowledge and understanding of phonics
- Happy to work on your own as well as alongside the class teacher
