**What will the Energy Efficiency Administrator do at Hillingdon?**

The Energy Efficiency Administrator will be monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on the Council's Energy usage (gas, electricity, and water) and support and develop the Council's energy procurement strategy, energy reduction and statutory compliance activities.

**You will**:

- Effectively manage large amounts of data, input data into internal database systems and carry out general internal database maintenance e.g., modifying tables, queries and reports.
- Liaise with energy users and suppliers to ensure accurate and up to date data is available in the correct format for entry into the Energy Manager Software (EMS).
- Develop systems of electronic data collection and billing
- Maintain the energy data recorded in the (EMS)
- Prepare and facilitate the annual external CRC audit.
- Communicate savings opportunities to Operational Managers.
- Monitor compliance and implement remedial actions if required.

- You will have experience in prioritising high volumes of work effectively and accurately, and to deal with routine matters on own initiative within deadlines. and also demonstrate an ability to support a multi-disciplinary team with comprehensive technical administration services (including database/system administration).**About us**:
