**Location** Work from Head Office and attend other locations for meetings/events

**Main Purpose**
- Responsible for the issuing of regulatory documentation
- Promote the Fed and the benefits of membership in all contact with members
- Be an ambassador of the Fed and promote membership recruitment and its services in all retailer contact, adopting a positive “Can do culture” putting members first

**Main Duties**
- Support members in planning and managing a range of documentation to be delivered within a timely manner to ensure meetings and events are delivered in accordance with the Fed diary
- Maintaining the membership database and the cleansing of current data where appropriate and data inputting
- Support the MSM role with ad hoc administrative duties including mailings and costing
- Liaising with all departments within the Fed and processing administration tasks as requested
- Processing of new membership records and issuing of membership documentation. Processing all resignation letters
- Liaise with MSM’s District Presidents & Almoners regarding resignations and recruitment leads
- Sign New Members up on the system when requested initiated by a potential member telephoning the Office
- Report creation and delivery of information to internal departments when required
- Liaising with third parties (wholesalers) to advise of new fee payments and advising wholesalers of cancellations and follow relevant process
- Provide full range of admin support to members using Durham meeting room facilities which will include minute taking and general hosting
- General office function and administration to include ordering and maintaining stock levels of office supplies and record keeping of costs for budgeting purposes
- Updating of policies/rules and contact lists for the Fed officials and members
- Welcoming visitors to HO and acting as an ambassador of the Fed and a point of contact to external visitors
- Build and manage relationships internally, with members of the Fed and its suppliers

**Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience**
- Strong attention to detail and logical thinking are absolutely essential for daily reporting
- Team work is important as well as the ability to work alone on projects
- Excellent communication and effective listening skills
- Excellent telephone manner and achievement of first call resolution - investigating queries at the first point of contact
- Good time management skills with experience of managing multiple concurrent tasks
- Disciplined approach to workloads with strong organisational skills
- Be able to demonstrate exceptional customers service with a professional and friendly demeanour

**Technical / Work Based Skills**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a wide range of people at varying levels and the ability to capture detail for report writing
- Highly motivated and member focused
- Ability to work flexible hours if required
- IT literate - experience of using Microsoft packages in particular Office 365 PowerPoint and the ability to merge and filter information from Excel data onto a word document
- A team player with a strong desire to achieve outstanding results within a fast-paced environment with tight timeframes

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
