**About the Opportunity...**
Due to an increased demand on our Marketing Department, we are in a search for an outstanding **E-Commerce Executive **ready to join us at this exciting time of continuous growth.
Ideally working from our offices in St Andrews Business Park (Norwich), this is an opportunity for individuals who are determined to succeed. The main scope of the role is to support the Head of Marketing with the day to day management of the global websites and webstore. You will be responsible for maintaining our UK, European and USA, B2B and B2C sites to improve usability and customer engagement. You will support the Marketing Manager to ensure marketing campaigns are consistently and effectively executed online, whilst maintaining the web-store to ensure all products are up to date. From planning development roadmaps to overseeing our development agency, you will be responsible for our complete online experience, delivering on growth expectations through improved insights and lead generation initiatives.
**Who are we looking for**
You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of growing an online audience, managing development roadmaps and growing a website into an effective sales and marketing tool, which provides valuable data insights and delivers on KPIs. You will be proficient in basic HTML, Wordpress CMS and Shopify, with a broad knowledge of web apps including WPML, Yoast and Algolia.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Day to Day Development and CMS - managing the systems and infrastructure to ensure our websites are up to date and performing. Implementing processes and improvements on a daily basis to enhance the website.
- Project Management - overseeing the roadmap and delivery of future development projects, on time and on budget, whilst managing associated digital agencies.
- Data Capture and Segmentation - creating and managing data capture forms and data segmentation into Hubspot.
- SEO and Analytics - SEO optimisation and GA improvements, with use of Google Search Console, goal setting to improve conversion rates, lead generation and search position.
- Data Reporting - provide key stakeholders with data reports, insight and recommendations to inform and improve conversions, usability and content strategy and inform wider strategic business decisions.
- UX and Design - improving the website user experience and implementing UI best practice whilst maintaining consistent brand aesthetics.
- Global Sites and Languages - maintaining consistency between global sites, for all users. Good understanding of hreflang.
- Webstore Management - management of the online product portfolio, payment gateways and SKU information to ensure the store is up to date and providing a great customer experience.
- Marketing Support and Online Content - support the marketing team with the online content output, landing page creation and digital marketing initiatives to ensure brand consistency and drive leads.
- Hubspot, ClickUp and NetSuite SuitCommerce knowledge is a plus.
- Web design and Adobe CC proficiency is preferred.
- Semrush, Google Console and GA4 knowledge is a must.
