**About The Role**:
Here at CarFinance 247 we are currently recruiting for a Dealer Support Coordinator to join our vibrant and friendly Dealer team.

As a Dealer Support Coordinator, you are responsible for providing administration support to our partnered dealerships
- this includes inbound and outbound calls, onboarding our new dealerships and maintaining good relationships with our existing partners.

**Responsibilities for the Dealer Support Coordinator include**:

- Ensure that our dealers experience a high level of service and support from CarFinance 247 by supporting the full dealer journey - including all aspects of Dealer Setup, Dealer Reviews and Car Search administration.
- Handle account queries from dealerships around Billing and any related Credit Control administration as required.
- Deal with enquiries from other departments within the business about our existing or new dealerships.
- Support our Dealer Account Management Team with contracts, queries and tracking of onboarded dealers to ensure each Account Manager is accountable for the dealerships they manage.
- Monitor Dealer Setup requests and work to business SLA’s when setting up new dealers.
- Support the relationship between CF247 and our dealers, working with Dealer sales and support functions as necessary.
- Organise your workload in an effective way and manage your time efficiently to be as productive as possible.
- Answer inbound calls from our dealers and internal departments within CarFinance 247.
- Make outbound calls to dealers.
- Log all dealer interactions using our CRM systems.
- Cleanse the dealer database.

**About You**:

- Experience in a telephony-based role and delivering a high level of service.
- Ability to use multiple systems at once.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to prioritise workload and use initiative.
- Conscientious and able to work with attention to detail.
