Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our clients close nit team.

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and administrative expertise will contribute to your success in this role.

**Duties**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
- Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values in the local area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in real estate sales or lettings is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and document preparation
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it will allow you to effectively communicate with a diverse client base

We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
