What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
- Generating new business opportunities
- Providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential estate agency sales
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- High level of customer service and attention to detail
- Ambitious, driven and target-oriented
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential
