**Salary**: up to£36,000 per annum and great benefits

**Hours**: 5_am_ start - 5days out of 7

My client is looking for a CDP (Chef de Partie) Baker to join their production kitchen. The closest station is Wandsworth Road, please check your commute before applying.

Assisting the team in producing very high standard speciality bread and viennoiseries you will be part of a production kitchen that's adaptable and innovative. The finest and freshest ingredients are used in this kitchen.

The site produces sourdough, many types of bread as well as high quality croissants and pastries.

This is a full-time position, over 5 days.

**Their ideal Baker will** possess the following skills and experience:

- Currently or have worked as a Junior or Commis Baker in a fine-dining and/or production kitchen environment
- Positive and problem-solving attitude
- A love for the finest, freshest ingredients and products
- Passionate, with an eye for detail
