We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **UK** **People Advisor** to join our growing international Group HR team based in Gatwick.

**Purpose of Role**
- To work closely with the Head of HR, Senior UK HRBP and Group HR to assist with implementation of HR strategy.
- To work in conjunction with the HR team to support and create clarity for staff on company processes and to foster a supportive and engaging place to work.
- To work in conjunction with the Head of HR and the Group HR to streamline processes, create consistency andfairness in people approaches.
- To provide coaching support on HR processes, providing a strong service to managers and staff as required.
- To be responsible for all processes under employee relations, such as onboarding, performance management, absence management, termination processes and ad hoc reminders (prompting holidays / sickness management).
- In conjunction with the Senior UK HRBP, to act as the point of contact for managers and employees in the UK, and other offices as required by the organisation.

**Key Job Responsibilities**

**Employee Relations Administration**
- Working in conjunction with the Senior UK HRBP to complete employee relation administration to support the HRBP function.
- Working in conjunction with the Senior UK HRBP and managers to help support and providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- To ensure ER items are tackled in line with the business agenda.
- Keeping up to date with local legislation and update the HR team and managers of any changes.
- Maintaining up to date forms, policies and procedures.
- Work with the Group HR team to design and implement relevant policies.
- Maintaining the HRIS, ensuring data is correct in line with changes and GDPR.
- Trouble shooting HRIS issues to support employees with user issues.
- Ensure staff and managers are completing required training courses as needed.
- Conduct audits on physical and/or electronic employee files as required by the organisation.
- Maintaining the employee paper and electronic personnel files.
- Run relevant reports from the HRIS when necessary or requested.
- Minute and/or note taking in meetings or interviews when required.

**Employee Relations**
- Informing or updating employees of their rights and entitlements.
- Handling all HR matters within the employee lifecycle reliably and in accordance with legal requirements and company processes.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
- Support managers with ongoing employee relations issues or queries.
- Work with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to managers and staff on request or as required.
- Prepare and issue letters to update contract terms, promotions and transfers and other contract changes, in line with the templates provided by the organisation.
- Ensure staffing data is accurate and securely held, to allow for HR analytics to be produced and trends to be established.
- To work closely with the Senior UK HRBPand Group HR team to ensure items are tackled in a timely manner in line with the business agenda.
- To ensure the monthly update for payroll is accurate and on time and assist with payroll queries in conjunction with the relevant finance team.
- Managing and coordinating benefits (pension, life insurance, life assurance, medical cover) and actively work with the Senior UK HRBP to review local healthcare and all other staffing benefits.
- Support the internal recruitment team with interviewing if required.

**Group projects**
- Work with the wider Group HR team, including ASG HR on people agendas and projects where applicable.
- Work with the Head of HR and Senior UK HRBP on strategy items to help develop these as needed.
