**The Company**

A national renowned facilities management provider operating in excess of 700 sites across the UK. This role will be responsible for managing a key strategic site in the Midlands and overall responsibility for all major associated contracts.

**The Opportunity**

A multi-site focused contract and commercial management role. You will be responsible for leading your team to deliver high standards of exemplary customer service to a portfolio of clients whilst seeking to drive change and efficiencies by controlling costand ensuring compliance.

You will have a commercial focus to identify and maximise revenue opportunities through your existing relationships and new bid tenders.

**Job Benefits**
- The basic salary for this role will be up to £80,000 dependent on experience

**Person Specification**
- Experience of managing large multi-million pound, multi-site contracts in a dual operational/commercial role is essential
- Experience within any of the following sectors would be advantageous - _facilities management, security, transport, airport_
- Strong leadership, development, people management and communication skills
- You will excel in business planning and business analysis
- Experience of managing senior stakeholders
- You must live in the Midlands to be able to commute to our sites

**Job Duties**
- Management of 2 Operation Managers and overall responsibility for the performance, engagement an development of your direct reports.
- You will lead by example to empower the team and conduct regular performance management and appraisals
- Regular stakeholder meetings to build client relationships and ensure the satisfaction of your clients is being achieved
- Looking for continuous improvement within service delivery and contract management
- Provide operational insight to maximise commercial performance and profitability
- Identify opportunities to maximise revenue within your contracts
- Support new bid tenders and new site business development models
- Ensure the compliance and process management of the contracts under your remit
