You'll lead multi-disciplined engineering teams, maintain profitability, and manage contractor performance. This role demands strong leadership, commercial acumen, and technical expertise across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. Key responsibilities include compliance with QSHE policies, managing client relationships, overseeing handovers from commercial to operational teams, and driving organic growth within your portfolio.
