**Experienced Housekeeper Wanted**

**for a Small Boutique Hotel**

The Sun Boutique and Lounge is situated in the quintessential Lake District village of Hawkshead and is renowned for its modern yet traditional approach. Our up-market accommodation with stone walls and revealed beams has been recently renovated to a high standard.
- Be passionate about exceeding customer expectations.
- Have an excellent eye for detail and ability to maintain quality standards within the industry.
- Be flexible and able to use their own initiative.
- Demonstrate good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to remain calm when under pressure.
- Be able to work as part of our small, close-knit team.
- Be punctual, well turned out and conscientious.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- To maintain the hotel bedrooms, breakfast room and public areas to our high standards.
- Ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day housekeeping within the hotel, including reporting any maintenance issues where necessary.
- To continually develop knowledge and skills.
- Following health and safety guidelines.
- Managing all linen, bedroom consumables and cleaning essentials.
- Placing orders and stock control.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience working within a housekeeping environment.
- Full Driving licence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35-48 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.50 per hour
