**Living in Hotel - Cleaner**
upto £1000 per month wages, plus FREE living in accommodation / utilities all paid for - so no bills to pay.
Working in the mornings from 9am - need to be available most days of the week in the morning.
Due to the need to live (living-in) at the hotel (for free) arrangement of the job, this is mainly suitable for a single person, as the room only has a single bed, and won't have space for children or pets.
**30 hours a week - approx. half day work each day.**
**The full £1000 pm is guaranteed regardless if it becomes less hours.**

We are a small Boutique Hotel / Apartments consisting of only 5 apartment style rooms. It is high quality serviced apartment accommodation each guest having a kitchen, lounge, Bedroom and shower room. The property is recently developed, and hence all modern clean and easy to clean surfaces.
Hotel is right next to a mainline train station, you can travel to most cities within a few hours across the UK with no taxis required.
This is a “Living in position” on site at the hotel. With an allowance of 1 full day off, and most afternoons 6 days a week are off duty, for social time out. The accommodation is fully included for free as part of the role, including all utilities, and wifi.
The living accommodation will be 1 full apartment which has a full kitchen and bedroom, plus free access to all the features of the hotel, like Wi-Fi and hot water, heating etc. plus some food allowances. The housekeeper is at liberty to also 'day use' any of the un-booked rooms whilst unoccupied by guests, some which have lovely city centre views.
**The overall breakdown of hours could be as the following**:
- Cleaning at hotel - 4 hrs a day - approx. 25 hrs a week - with 1 full day off for leisure.
- Some admin and organising tasks - 4 hrs a week.
As all hours are paid at £11.50+ hr, a fixed salary per month £1000 pcm paid twice a month, PLUS living in accommodation (which is probably worth £800 pcm) with all bills included, plus some food perks.
**Cleaning tasks at the hotel Include**:
- Cleaning of rooms - re-arranging and checking all items within rooms. - [we only have x5 apartments]
- Cleaning bathrooms & kitchen area per apartment
- Bedroom - Bedsheet Linen change.
- Dusting & Polishing to a high standard.
- Laundry machine use.
- Admin tasks and some customer facing work, such as remotely opening the door.
- Cleaning of rooms - re-arranging and checking all items within rooms.
- Occasional Outdoor sweeping of car park areas.
- Occasional communication with guests.
**We provide**

- Free - living in accommodation. With aspects like all bills and utilities and food allowances.
Start and finish times are flexible and require guests to check out of the rooms each morning.
**Key requirements**:
- This is a permanent long-term job with living in one of our Hotels - so not suitable for temporary workers.
- Experience - you must have cleaning experience with attention to detail working in hospitality.
- High standard of cleaning, our customers expect clean rooms to check in to.
- Flexible working hours, you can work according to a pre-agreed flexible hours based on business demands.
- Experienced housekeeper with excellent attention to detail.
- Good oral English is essential.
- Positive energy. Preferably experience from luxury hotels, or VIP families.
- Flexible in different kind of situations, always see possibilities, have a to-do attitude.
- Bring a smile to work every day.
- Who can cooperate with management and happy to learn new skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: From £11.50 per hour
