As Senior Account Manager,you will be responsible for managing the relationship of several key accounts, you will work very closely with the delivery team to ensure you maintain high levels of service quality, customer retention and growth whilst maximising services and revenue. Itis essential that you are creative, organised, diligent and structured in your approach to client management as clients and their projects will be numerous and varied.

Role:
As Senior Account Manager your primary role would be to manage your clients in a professional, effective and profitable manner, ensuring that they are communicated with efficiently and timely, and that their projects run smoothly and successfully. Generally,you would be first contact for a client and as such you would manage their needs, provide a consultative approach and should be helpful, informative and responsive at all times.

It is essential that you are creative, organised, diligent and structured in your approach to client management as clients and their projects will be numerous and varied.

Key Responsibilities:

- Taking of briefs and advising clients
- Preparation of proposals, budgets, timing plans and quotations
- Preparing and presentation of marketing plans
- Presentation of concepts and discussions around creative execution
- Attendance at client, supplier and internal meetings
- Management of projects from start to finish
- Liaison with and briefing of creative, PR and content team
- Management and liaison with suppliers
- Quality control of projects, including copy, creative and all other aspects
- Effective communication with clients and all team members
- Management of project costs and client invoicing
- Involvement in new business pitches
- Ensure the profitability of your clients
- Briefing and management of junior members of the team as required
- Reporting to senior management on status of clients and projects

Essential Skills:

- 2 years’ previous proven key account management experience in an agency
- Excellent interpersonal skills, to work and interface with individuals of various levels and backgrounds
- A good technical understanding of website build methods
- Experience of using WordPress, Magento and Umbraco CMS
- Strong communication skills including high-level presentation and writing skills
- Ability to make sound and logical decisions and choose appropriate courses of action based on the parameters of the situation
- A passion for digital and an ability to communicate and enthuse others with that passion
- Ability to acquire new business through interaction with existing and potential customers
- Ability to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment which may include dealing with difficult customers and balancing competing priorities
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to initiate action and make decisions when required
- Ability to deal with situations of a dynamic nature; to modify plans, actions and decisions in light of changing situation and circumstances
