As a Integrated Services Technical Coordinator you will provide real-time technical support for the Surface product portfolio and associated software. With the goals to prevent/minimize non-productive time for customers and shape requirements for product or service enhancements you will investigate and analyze unsatisfactory product or service performance.

As an Integrated Services Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Providing technical direction and guidance in support of well control equipment installation and maintenance with direct link to customer.
- Providing equipment load lists for offshore operations to client reps and work with the client directly to support the requirements of the customer both in a technical advisory and project support function.
- Carrying out pre and post job briefs with the field personnel providing technical and safety guidance for the operations to be performed in the field.
- Carrying out review of operational procedures to ensure that the correct and most current information is available for individual operations.
- Liaising with field service management and project managers providing a forecast of personnel and equipment requirements in good time to cover customer needs.
- Troubleshooting operational issues in support of the field team to ensure operations are completes successfully.
- Exposure to senior leadership within business.
- Handling diverse clients within UK / Europe region.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Demonstrate experience in a Services or Services Support role. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Technical Knowledge of Engineering drawings / API codes / PRPs and offshore operations.
