You will be required to work alongside our current referral team for 1 month before taking full responsibility for all aspects of the referral process for the duration of your contract. You will be required to liaise with Clinicians, External Services and patients alike. Caldbeck Surgery works on the EMIS clinical system. You will be working within a supportive and welcoming busy office with other administrators and may also be required to help with the processing of emails, Insurance Reports and other administrative tasks if time allows.
