**Join Our Team as a Dynamic Event Assistant**

Are you a highly organised, hands-on individual with a passion for live events and bringing experiences to life? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable **Event Assistant** to join our energetic team **immediately**. This is not a digital marketing role - this is real, on-the-ground event work. **What You'll Be Doing**
- Assisting with on-site event set-up, logistics, and breakdown
- Coordinating equipment, suppliers, and support teams
- Supporting event managers to ensure smooth delivery
- Liaising with clients, venues, and third-party providers
- Maintaining event stock, transport logistics, and inventory
- Travelling to venues and supporting national campaigns (travel paid)

**What We’re Looking For**
- A proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or logistics (ideal but not essential)
- A full UK driving licence is a bonus (but not essential)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Someone who is adaptable, punctual, and loves variety
- Must be available to start immediately and work full-time

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
