**Customer Service Representative**

**Cardiff City Centre | No remote work available**

**Immediate Starts Required - Weekly Pay**

We're looking to find 2 Customer Service Representatives with a passion for working with people, delivering results and having fun while doing so. We specialise in face-to-face customer service and sales, so you'll be working with our team in different pre-booked locations, including pop-up events (following all Covid regulations).

We provide our sales and customer acquisition services to companies that are looking to increase their customer base and get more brand awareness. You'll be an active part of our fun and vibrant environment from the start. You'll get a chance to learn sales, customer service, leadership and much more at our promotional events.

**Customer Service Representative Responsibilities**
- Engage customers to promote client’s products and services
- Get to know customers, understanding their wants and needs in order to match them to the most appropriate product/service
- Maintain strong product knowledge, being able to handle all customer queries on the spot
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations
- Track all customer interactions and sales

**Required Skills**:

- Customer service experience - Minimum 12 months
- The ability to quickly and successfully build rapport
- Confidence to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- A problem solving/solution-oriented nature
- Excellent team player
- Motivated and driven to achieve KPIs
