We are looking for an organised **Administrator** with a passion for making a difference to others.

You’ll be working** full time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)** at **Cygnet Nield House,** helping ensure the safe and smooth running of services for the people in our care.

**Cygnet Nield House** in Crewe is our 29-bed mental health hospital for women.

Cygnet Nield House is split into two distinct wards, each offering specialist mental health services:
**Clarion Ward, **a 14 bed complex personality disorder service for women with a dual diagnosis of personality disorder and co-morbid disordered eating.
**Compton Ward,** a 15 bed acute service for women. The service provides a safe and stabilising environment for women who are experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and require an emergency admission.

**Your day-to-day...**
- Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
- Prepare reports & other written materials
- Maintain files and records as required
- Work co-operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly
- Take accurate minutes of meetings when required
- Provide polite and professional communication
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Conduct data entry
- Maintain up to date employee records
- Complete Payroll for the site
- Invoices
- Cover of reception when required
- Onboarding of new staff

**You are...**
- An administrator with experience in health care & knowledge of mental health
- Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions
- Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative
- A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail & excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows & the internet
