We are looking for a Workshop Administrator to join our team to provide administrative support across the depot.

Main

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate arrangements; collection & delivery of vehicles, booking requests
- Assist with day-to-day administrative functions for the team, including card purchases, preparation of purchase orders, document storage
- Distributing correspondence to the necessary individuals or departments as required
- To identify and anticipate the department’s administrative requirements and requirements in general.
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Arrange meetings upon request.
- To proactively take ownership of work and tasks where appropriate
- Provide administrative support to the Workshop Manager

About You
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of basic formulas and functions.
- Experience working in an administrative role for a minimum of 2 years.
- Experience of working effectively to deadlines, managing a high workload, and prioritizing tasks.
- Experience of using Microsoft teams for communication.
- Experience of working within a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Excellent level of organization
- Excellent time management
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with a wide range of people and personalities which includes external suppliers and third parties.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work unsupervised and to efficiently manage and prioritize your own workload whilst maintaining deadlines
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday

9am - 5pm

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
