Salary Range: £21k - £25k p.a

Location: Southampton or Newport

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri 9am -5pm

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a reliable Student Liaison officer, who is willing to grow with company by taking on more responsibilities with his/her own initiative and make his/her own footprint. He/she will undertake the responsibilities of liaison with UK boardingschools, students, parents and host families etc. to ensure international students’ academic inspiration is achieved and welfare is well looked after.­

Role and Responsibilities
- Support student welfare officers to arrange students school holiday and Ex-eat weekend’s Logistics timely and accurately, including transportation, accommodation etc.;
- Dealing with existing parents, students and houseparents’ enquires related to student logistics arrangement in a professional and timely manner;
- General data entry, record keeping and form filling tasks;
- Support other team members on various other administrative tasks when required;
Qualification, Skills & Experience
- Trustworthiness and can-do attitude are essential;
- Being flexible and have a right learning attitude;
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel);
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
- A good attention to details;
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask;
- Fluent in Mandarin with good understanding of Chinese culture could be an advantage, but not essential;
- BSc/BA degree is a minimum requirement;
- At least 2+ years working experience.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
