Imperial Consulting is offering a dynamic role as a Sales and Marketing Associate at our Glasgow office. This role is ideal for someone who is excited to dive into the world of client acquisition and brand promotion within the utility services sector. You’ll have the chance to work with some of the leading energy and broadband providers in the UK, combining creative marketing strategies with hands-on sales experience.
**Role Overview**:
In this role, you’ll work across both sales and marketing functions, gaining experience in how to drive growth through innovative campaigns and customer engagement. You will be responsible for generating leads, executing marketing initiatives, and supporting business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, both in person and digital, to promote energy and broadband services.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research and targeted outreach, building relationships with potential clients.
- Engage with customers face-to-face at events and retail promotions, presenting our services and highlighting the benefits of switching utility providers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
- Manage social media accounts and help develop online marketing content to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, adjusting marketing strategies based on insights and trends.
- Assist with the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and online advertisements.
- Track campaign performance to ensure targets are met and provide feedback on improvements to senior management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Full right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
- Must not have applied for any Imperial Consulting roles in the past 30 days.
- Entry-level position, so no prior sales or marketing experience is necessary, although it is welcomed.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and communications with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with customers and present confidently.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet objectives.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus but not required.
