Working in Partnership with TCS (our parent Company) as the Diligenta lead you will work on group initiatives and taking guidance in key areas, drive alignment of Cultures where Diligenta and TCS work together. **Key Results Area**
- Identifying appropriate ‘best practice’, raising public awareness of the company’s social responsibility commitments and ensuring a clear and actionable CSR strategy.
- Developing policies and practices relating to the company’s ethical, sustainability and environmental responsibilities, including the adoption of industry good practice, FCA and other regulatory guidance relating to the company’s ethical, sustainable and environmental responsibilities.
- Ensuring the company has a positive impact on local communities and the environment linking in to ensure alignment with the organisation’s ESG strategy & thinking.
- Creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups such as educational establishments.
- Ensuring our Corporate policies reflect our CSR responsibilities and reporting on social responsibility activity to The Board, EMT and wider stakeholders.
- Establishing the Company strategy to support DE&I to ensure our behaviours and actions support a Culture where all groups have a voice and diversity is enabled and represented at all levels throughout the organisation.
- Act as a thought leader for diversity, inclusion remaining abreast of current and emerging issues and trends, best practice approaches and opportunities to support the achievements of the Company’s objectives.
- Support and be a mentor for the Diversity & Inclusion Business Partner roles across the business, setting corporate strategy and goals in this area and ensuring appropriate measurement and oversight of activity and outcomes.
- Identify the programs and initiatives organisation wide that support our goals and objectives for D&I across hiring and promotion decisions at all levels across the firm, on-boarding and training, analysing roadblocks and supporting business leads to take action.
- Design and support the implementation of frameworks that support the embedding of D&I thinking and best practice across all our people processes and policies.
- Interpreting company data to set appropriate targets and measure success to aid design and shift action plans to ensure successful achievement of DEI goals including the required reporting to the Board, Executive Management Team and Regulator as required.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience of developing and implementing CSR & D&I strategies, policies, systems and tools across a complex and dispersed business geography with experience operating at a strategic leadership level and becoming a trusted advisor to senior managers/executive.
- High-impact influencer and negotiator and able to contribute at a strategic level with proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships (internal & external) and establish personal credibility quickly.
- Planning, prioritisation, and project management skills to plan and implement the key CSR & D&I processes and practices in a planned and joined up way alongside other HR and business activities.
- A good working knowledge of applicable FCA principles, specifically including (but not limited to) Consumer Duty and the fair treatment of vulnerable customers to ensure good customer outcomes are at the heart of our culture and all roles and activities. In addition, participate in all required and mandatory training as required.
