**Senior E-Commerce Executive - Mybrands**

**Location: Manchester M90 3RR**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Identifying new and innovative ways to drive growth to the website as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels.
- Creating the monthly trading calendar
- Setting up offers for all channels
- Merchandising and optimising list pages, strip banners, product pages
- Building landing pages for lead gen/campaign activity
- Establishing new ways to acquire customers and subsequent customer management for retention
- Leading all key trade activity (Black Friday etc)
- Working with Finance to phase daily targets for site.
- Commercial reporting to the senior leadership team.
- Managing stock and kitting across multiple warehouses for Mybrand products
- Working with NPD to provide forecasts and bring product to market, plus ensuring sufficient stock with Supply Chain
- Have minimum 2+ Years experience running an E-Commerce site
- Commercially astute, ambitious and driven; hungry for success and responsibility.
- Experience of managing budgets, trading calendars, sales forecasts and marketing channel traffic overviews.
- Manages their time efficiently, enjoys problem solving and finding effective yet scalable solutions
- Experience of working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment; online retailing knowledge preferable.
- Strong communication skills; has worked exceptionally as part of a wider team and has experience in managing others.
- Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true 'start-up', agile environment with responsibility for key decision making.
