Are you an experienced leader in the housekeeping field, possessing a strong penchant for efficiency and cleanliness? Arthouse Hotel, known for its unique blend of cinematic charm and dedication to guest comfort, is seeking a Head of Housekeeping. Your task will involve ensuring the cleanliness and well-kept condition of our extensive 380-bed establishment to create a memorable experience for our guests.

**Your Role**:
In the Head of Housekeeping role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining our film-inspired environment in pristine condition. Your ability to manage our housekeeping team, delegate work assignments effectively and uphold meticulous levels of cleanliness and hygiene will be integral to your role.

**Principal Responsibilities**:
1. Direct, coordinate, and schedule our dedicated housekeeping team, assigning tasks to ensure superior service.

2. Conduct frequent inspections of the hotel's guest rooms and communal areas, promptly and efficiently addressing any discrepancies.

3. Oversee the procurement and stock management of cleaning supplies and equipment, thus ensuring cost-effective operations.

4. Compile staff rosters that align with the hotel's occupancy levels and business patterns, ensuring maximum efficiency.

5. Act as a primary liaison to hotel management, providing updates and insightful information on all matters pertaining to housekeeping.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
1. Previous managerial experience in a housekeeping role, preferably within the hospitality sector.

2. Exceptional attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

3. Outstanding leadership skills, with the proven ability to effectively manage a team.

4. Tech-savvy, with experience in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

5. Strong administrative and organisational skills.

6. Flexibility to accommodate various work schedule requirements, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
