**Shovel Driver - In House Shovel Training Provided.**

**Located in South Rd, Ellesmere Port, CH65 4LD**

Due to a £17m investment project at our Ellesmere Port manufacturing site, we are currently recruiting for a number of key roles within our team.

We are offering highly competitive hourly rates and a weekly £50 Attendance bonus.

**Main Duties**:

- Operating shovel whilst loading and unloading materials in the yard.
- Ensuring that the standard of the yard is maintained and kept clean and tidy.
- Handling the product with care to ensure minimum damage at all times.
- Carry out pre-use checks on shovel and report any damage/faults to manager.
- Grease shovel as per maintenance schedule.
- Direct raw material lorries to correct bay and inform QC.
- Adhering to all Health and Safety compliance policies and procedures in place.
- Any other reasonable request by a manager.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience operating a loading shovel.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good level of understanding and spoken English.
- Ability to take direction and following instruction.
