**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
- This service is located near to the beach, on the east side of Hayling Island. Its a 5 bed bungalow, where 4 unique people we support live, and next door is another 5 bed bungalow where 5 other people we support live They cannot wait to meet you, and their opinions are paramount to the decision making in the recruitment process. Your team of amazing support workers are trained to our usual high standard, along with specialist person specific training too (we can tell you more about this when we meet you). We do everything in our power, to upskill our teams, and develop their confidence. This so that you can flourish in your role, and be able to provide the right support to our wonderful residents.
You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times.
In addition you will be comfortable using basic IT systems that are required within the role - training can be offered to support this area. Ideally, you will also hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England). However, if you don't, then as long as you would be willing to complete your level 3, then we will support you throughout
