**Job Overview**

We are keen for you to have at least 1 years experience serving behind a bar.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink orders.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math's skills for billing purposes.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and assist in maintaining stock levels.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- A solid understanding of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills are essential to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
- Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.
