Location: Hybrid working between Ansty Head Office near Coventry and home - typically 2-3 days per week in the office

You’ll work across the business and with external stakeholders to ensure our regulatory submissions are well evidenced, compelling, and aligned with our strategic goals.

**What You Will Bring**:
You’re an effective communicator, a strategic thinker, and a regulatory expert who thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement. You bring a solid analytical background and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for driving performance and telling compelling stories through data.

Qualifications**- Solid analytical background with experience in regulatory frameworks. Degree in relevant discipline preferred or equivalent experience
- ** Regulatory Expertise** - Deep understanding of the RIIO framework and regulatory mechanisms including the range of outputs and uncertainty mechanisms
- ** Influencing Skills** - Ability to engage and influence internal teams and external stakeholders, including Ofgem.
- ** Analytical Acumen** - Skilled in interpreting data, assessing cost drivers, and developing justifications that stand up to scrutiny.
- ** Leadership & Collaboration** - A team player who can coach others, share knowledge, and drive performance improvement initiatives.
