The Senior Project Management Support Officer will play a vital role in supporting the Population Health and Prevention Team in delivering strategic programmes aimed at improving health outcomes and reducing inequalities across Humber and North Yorkshire. Key responsibilities include: Project Coordination Supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of population health projects, ensuring key objectives and deadlines are met. Stakeholder Engagement Working closely with NHS colleagues, local authorities, VCSE sector and other System partners to facilitate collaboration and effective project delivery. Governance and Reporting Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and data analysis to support decision-making at senior levels.
Meeting and Event Management Organising and facilitating meetings, ensuring agendas, stakeholder engagement, and follow-up actions are well-coordinated. Risk and Performance Monitoring Identifying project risks, ensuring compliance with NHS governance frameworks, and supporting evaluation processes. Communication and Data Management Handling sensitive information with discretion, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring alignment with organisational priorities. This role requires strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
