Our client, a UK leading provider of Integrated Supply Solutions to manufacturing and related industries for the provision of MRO (indirect) products.
They provide their services to blue chip corporate manufacturers, from leading automotive manufacturers, to chemicals, to food producers.
Their services include:
- Procurement Services
- Stores Management
- Inventory Management
- Back Office Transactional Processing
- Industry Leading Technology Digital Solutions.
Due to the tremendous growth they are currently experiencing, we are now in a position looking for a Strategic Executive Assistant to support the President of the company.
If you are an Executive Assistant with experience of providing strategic support to the board, with strong analytical and administrative skills then we would love to hear from you.
**Core Purpose of the Role**
Responsible for providing complete support to the President of an international organisation, dealing with all aspects of daily management within an expanding global integrated services business.
You will work with the President, together with the leadership team to handle dynamic workflows, including relationship management, schedule oversight, internal team communications, planning and preparation for meetings, drafting presentations, keeping trackand follow up on action items, managing busy calendars and strategic projects.
**Useful Experience**
**Essential**:
- A **commercial mindset and awareness** of the sensitivity of the information that this role will be exposed to is required. The role holder will be required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements where required.
- 3+ years of supporting executive leaders in an executive business manager, Board level executive assistant, programme management or similar capacity
- 5+ years co-ordinating and project managing cross-country projects with multiple executive partners including complex scheduling and content planning.
- Effective communicator and pro-active team member
- **Resourceful and creative, sense of initiative and driven to solve problems**
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional, responds with the highest level of integrity
- Team oriented and collaborative, willingness to pitch in where needed and establish relationships throughout the organisation
- Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English
- **Results/action oriented with project management skills**
- Detail focussed, driven, with the ability to self-organise. Comfortable with ambiguity.
- **Experience in creating executive level presentations and progress reports**
- Experience in designing and implementing processes to keep everyone aligned and on track
- Familiarity with all forms of electronic communication (Teams, Zoom, Skype)
- Proven PA experience at a senior management level
- Proven demonstration of role model behaviours at all time
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent organisation skills, particularly in relation to diary and event project management
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- **Excellent problem-solving skills - the ability to think on their feet and provide effective, logical solution**
- Confidence in decision making ability to ensure no unnecessary escalation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to appropriately influence all levels of the organisation
- Experience of dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive approach to managing workload
- Ability to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information.
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
**Desirable**:
- Project Management experience qualifications
- Expertise in operational efficiency with the ability to build systems and tools designed to empower the team
- Experience of working in a global organisation
- High level of resilience and sense of humour
- Additional languages.
