We have a new opportunity available for a sales-orientated individual to spearhead AMICULUM’s lead generation activities and drive growth with innovative strategies and powerful client networking. The new business generation lead will leverage their existing contacts across pharma and biotech and make fresh connections to create opportunities that enable us to form strong new client partnerships.

**The role**

In this role, in addition to creating new leads, you’ll also add value by contributing to our adaptive business development (BD) strategy and target prioritization activities. Experience in a sales role within the healthcare sector is essential for this role.

**Key responsibilities**
- Target prioritization: Contribute to BD strategy and planning, focusing on prioritization of BD targets where we can add greatest value and build long-term relationships
- Lead generation: Manage outreach and create connections that generate leads
- Relationship development: Develop and cultivate relationships with senior executives within client organizations
- Lead conversion: Spearhead conversations that convert initial leads into tangible opportunities
- Proposals and pitches: Take a leading role in the development of compelling concepts and delivery of engaging presentations to secure live opportunities in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Network expansion: Continually grow connections to support a long-term BD pipeline

- Comprehensive experience in a sales role with a proven track record of opening doors and converting opportunities into partnerships
- Ability to see the big picture and prioritize for the greatest long-term gain
- Enthusiasm for bringing AMICULUM’s value to life for clients and a creative flair to inspire others
- Strong client relationship-building skills
- A robust network and strong connections in the industry
