Forming part of an inspiring senior leadership team, this position will be responsible for directing the teams that drive schemes through the PPF assessment and Fraud Compensation Fund processes, overseeing relationships with key stakeholders and panelsof outsourced partners so that members’ entitlements are secured efficiently and effectively.

Our ideal applicant will have extensive defined benefit (DB) pension scheme experience, including of managing the DB scheme wind-up (or PPF assessment) process. They will be able to demonstrate experience of setting strategic goals and spearheading a successfuloperation, delivering against demanding targets for member outcomes, timeliness, and value for money. Leadership experience is a must, with experience of dealing with complex staff issues and offering support to deal with performance issues at all levels.
