The team consists of a Consultant Psychiatrist, Consultant Psychologist, Mental Health Nurses, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Social Workers and Specialist Midwifes.
We are very proud of the support, supervision and ongoing training and development we offer to all our staff. We also offer a hybrid working model with 4 days working from the hub and one day working from home (service demand dependent). We mostly offer hub based appointments but there is an expectation of the role that you will have the ability to travel around the locality for home visits where needed.
The job role will include providing specialist addiction treatment, including psychosocial and pharmacological interventions, harm reduction, & risk management to service users with co-existing mental health and/or pregnancy needs. The LYPFT team is trauma-informed and offers a formulation driven, psychological model.
The Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) is the main provider of Mental Health and Learning Disability services in Leeds. We also provide specialist inpatient services in York and some highly specialised services across the country.
