Lead Talent is seeking an Internal Recruiter/Talent Partner to join a hugely successful and growing organisation based in Leicester.

This organisation has grown from strength to strength and has exciting plans ahead in doubling their headcount over the next two years. So, we’re keen to recruit an internal recruiter to support this rapid growth, could this be you?

You’ll be joining a staffing recruitment solutions business with a difference; this organisation is redefining the recruitment offerings. So, your focus will be to support the growth of their delivery teams in attracting Recruiters and Resourcers, both experiencedand at entry level to join their centralised hub in Leicester, along with supporting their other sites in the UK and Europe.

Recruiting for skill sets and experience within customer services, call centres and recruitment backgrounds.

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle to offer stage and supporting the HR where needed.

Building relationships with Universities and Colleges to tap into future talent.

Organising and attending recruitment and career fairs.

Developing engaging recruitment campaigns to maximise your reach

Supporting in the continued development of their EVP and respond to the changing landscape of the world of work where needed.

Always looking to support with improvements to their recruitment processes and engagement

Supporting in ad hoc projects

Supporting recruitment within their other locations to include Europe with occasional travel to other sites.

We’re keen to speak to Internal Recruiters with experience of managing the full lifecycle of recruitment from attraction to offer stage, along with holding a vast range of skills in future talent pipelining ideally within call centre settings. You may alsobe working in agency recruitment and focusing on high volume call centre recruitment, this experience too will blend well into this role.

You will also have great local market knowledge of the Leicestershire area with a strong network of local talent.
