We are recruiting Chocolate order takers to join our busy client in Ringwood.

No experience is necessary as full training is given

40 hours per week

£9.60 - £12.80 per hour including overtime.

We are looking for people to join the busy team in Ringwood.

**Main Purpose of Role**
- Placing customers’ orders
- Cancelling orders
- Setting up new payments
- Processing payments
- Updating customer details
- Exceptional customer experienceat all times

**Experience**
- Previous Customer Service experience is essential
- Experience of delivering against clear targets is essential
- A genuine love of chocolate would be an advantage

This is a temp to permanent role.

**Salary**: £9.60 per hour + up to £300 a month bonus

Hours: 40 hours per week over Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 8pm, Saturday 8:30am to 5pm, Sunday 9am to 5pm and overtime available

Location: Ringwood

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,200.00 per year
