**What would you do at work?**:

- Coordinate, motivate and supervise teams of LQA testers on assigned projects
- Forward instructions from clients to your team
- Assist with your team’s recruitment, training, and development
- Create and/or run test plans
- Intermediate contact between Universally Speaking and our clients who own each project assigned to your team
- Update clients on the status of the localisation through direct communication and daily reports

**Measures of Performance**:

- Your communication manner with clients and ability to identify and find solutions for feedback and action plans
- Coordination of your team’s priorities, progress and collaboration
- On time and thorough delivery of project milestone needs and reports
- How you are mentoring and developing your test team, with PDP guidance and training
- Continuous improvement and knowledge of LQA workflow and technique

**Requirements**:

- Are excellent communicator with great leadership skills
- Have in-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Are fluent in another language
- Are passionate about how video games and languages come together
- Are happy to work in our offices in Central Liverpool
