QA Technologist Homeware

**This role is full-time and permanent and based here at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool L24.**
Reporting to the QA/Compliance Manager the role is to ensure that the assigned Homeware categories have the necessary information and procedures in place to ensure that product integrity and customer satisfaction is maintained to the company’s standards and in compliance with UK/EU statutory requirements.
**In this role the key responsibilities will be to**:
- Ensure that each product has all relevant regulatory test requirements in place by reviewing each report supplied, (to liaise with QA Manager & team)
- Create technical file for each product and to record all technical documentation in technical file
- Draw up UKCA declaration of conformity to present to QA manager to review and sign off and to save signed UKCA DoC in relevant technical file.
- Review each technical file per season in order to ensure that all technical documentation are still current and in align with the latest regulatory standards.
- Help in reviewing artworks to ensure that all regulatory statements are correct and all relevant conformance marks are displayed
**Skills & experience required;**
- Currently in a Technical or QA role with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Excellent Word, Outlook and Excel skills
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Exceptional time management and planning skills
- Strong Personal Attributes (Proactive, professional, flexible, responsible, and reliable).
