Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised individual who can support the project team to deliver large scale conservation and repurposing projects across multiple regions. You’ll be providing coordination, tracking and data management expertisein support of the delivery of large-scale projects.

What it's like to work here Your contractual location will be Attingham Consultancy Hub, however there will be an opportunity to explore and agree remote working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust.

The Adaptive Re-use programme is repurposing redundant buildings across multiple regions into holiday cottages and residential properties. Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be joining a successful programme that has already invested £3m to create13 new holiday cottages with a large pipeline of future buildings for conversion.

You are joining the team in an exciting time of growth and will be pivotal in supporting the team to deliver at pace.

What you'll be doing You'll be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking the programme and communicating with the wider project team and stakeholders.

You'll build strong relationships both internally and externally, sharing learning, identifying opportunities and working collaboratively. That’s why we need you to be creative, resourceful, have great initiative and be able to work with all kinds of peopleand organisations.

You’ll effectively support the monitoring of progress, the preparation and compiling of project reports and arranging meetings. You'll work with others to prompt the planning of resources within the project and support the budgeting process. Ultimately,you'll collate and provide the necessary tracking and analysis of management information to support effective decision-making.

You'll support the preparation of funding claims and regularly report on the progress of the project against budgets, programme of work and funds committed. You’ll follow financial processes and maintain record-keeping to ensure accountability, ensuringa clear audit trail is maintained for all decisions and activities undertaken within the projects that you are supporting - and for external audit.

There will be potential opportunities to lead on various work streams or elements of project delivery. You’ll also support project communications, to maintain relations with external project partners and stakeholders to ensure everyone understands the progressof the project.

Who we're looking for As someone experienced in working in the project management environment, you’ll have:

- Excellent organisational abilities and planning skills.
- Knowledge of budgets, finance tracking and reporting.
- Experience of project tracking and delivery
- Good analytical skills and attention to accuracy and detail.
- Experience of data management, analysis and the preparation of associated reports and presentations
- Strong practical experience with using IT, particularly Excel.
- Experience of providing facilitation and support to others - the ability to work well both within a team and in cross-functional team working
- Ability to work on your own initiative and to prioritise based on the demands of others
