**Role Overview**

Front of House staff are key members of the team at LaplandUK as they are the face of Lapland while guests are in our cafes and restaurants. The role is a great opportunity for enthusiastic guest focused individuals to join a friendly team in a fast paced and collaborative environment. Based at our Ascot event site the Front of House will be responsible for engaging with families and serving them with delicious food and drinks which are a key part of the Lapland experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Consistently meet and exceed customers’ expectations, by welcoming guests into our cafes and restaurants and engaging with the families while following the LaplandUK operating procedures and sequence of service.
- Consistently follow Food Hygiene processes when preparing and presenting food and drinks.
- Immerse yourself in the Lapland narrative, and extend the show elements into the F&B outlets.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all the products in the F&B outlets and have the ability to make appropriate recommendations to the guests.
- Talk to guests in a friendly manner.
- Actively offer additional items to improve the guest experience.
- Follow all relevant costume and process standards.
- Attend any training as required.
