**FRONT OF HOUSE - DENTAL RECEPTIONIST**

**FULL TIME**
- Monday-Thursday 8:45am - 5:45pm
- Friday's - 8:45am-5:15pm
- 1x Saturday per month 8.45am -1pm

We are looking for a well presented, reliable and hardworking full time receptionist to join our friendly team.

Sunningdale Dental Practice is a very busy mixed NHS and private practice, which offer a range of dental treatments including Invisalign, teeth whitening, facial aesthetics and general dentistry. We are looking for someone who can instantly build rapport with our patients and put them at ease whilst being able to work in a high pressured, fast paced environment.

- Have excellent communication skills
- Impeccable command of English
- Be able to work under pressure

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Taking and making phone calls
- Booking and rescheduling appointments
- Answering patient queries
- Liaising with the head nurse and manager
- General admin duties
- Day to day management of the diary

**This role would be suited to someone who**:

- Likes a challenge
- Is confident speaking to people
- Has experience in medical or customer facing roles
- Is keen to learn
- Takes pride in their appearance as this role is front of house
- Can work alone and as part of team
- Can be very efficient when given a task

**Pay will be dependent on level of experience but will start from £11.50ph**

Full training will be provided for the role however we do require someone who is very confident using computers.
