**We are hiring**:
Here at Sunninghill, we are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our fantastic team in Ascot. This is a part-time permanent role working 30 hours per week over 4 days. There will be a minimum of one late a week (12:00pm-7:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm) and there will be early shifts (8:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm). Hours can be discussed.

**More about the role**:
As the first point of contact, our receptionists play a vital role in ensuring that our clients and their pets have a welcoming and positive experience. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a warm and compassionate demeanour, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team that looks after one another, creating a supportive and friendly environment.

Your duties will include:

- To ensure the smooth running of our front of house
- Greeting clients on arrival
- Delivering exceptional service
- Taking Payments
- Booking of future appointments
- Dealing with day-to-day queries
- Ensuring daily duties are performed by each staff member
- A proven background in reception duties (experience in the veterinary sector is desirable but not a must have as full training will be given on the job)
- Outgoing
- Confident communication/interpersonal skills
- Providing a smooth and professional service at all times
- Passionate about customer service
- Experince with cashing up
- Ordering
- A high standard of personal presentation
- Happy using computers on a daily basis and confident with systems such as outlook would be desirable
