Norse Groups Support Services division has an exciting opportunity for a HR Transactional Team Leader to join our HR department at our Head office on Fifers Lane, Norwich.

This position is being offered on a fixed term contract for 18 months working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

**The role**

Our HR team plays a critical role in enabling the business, through a range of generalist and project support, and we currently have a great opportunity for a Team Leader.

In this role, you will be part of a diverse HR team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the HR administrators within the team to ensure all HR administrative procedures are completed accurately and effectively. Alongside this you will;
- Support the day to day queries
- Hold and attend 1 to 1's and team meetings
- Directly line manage and encourage career development
- Support as required with processing of new starter/variation paperwork.

We are looking for you to bring a combination of passion, knowledge and experience to the, demonstrated by;
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems
- Experience within a HR transactional team
- Excellent IT skills on generic Microsoft and other programmes, in particular excel.
- Excellent communicator with ability to communicate at all levels.
